Passerinvest Group claimed first place at this year’s fourth annual Estate Awards, a prestigious competition celebrating outstanding real estate developments. The Group’s Roztyly Plaza, an office building completed this spring, triumphed in the Commercial Office category. The winners of the Estate Awards, which aim to contribute to the cultivation of the market and its growth by highlighting exceptional development projects, were announced on 11 December during a gala evening held in the Grand Hall of the Trade Fair Palace in Prague.

The jury was impressed by Roztyly Plaza’s office spaces full of natural light, tranquil relaxation areas, extensive interior greenery, artistic installations and water features within the central glass atrium. It also recognised the building’s advanced sustainability features, efficient use of space and generous outdoor terrace.

“We deeply appreciate the recognition of Roztyly Plaza’s uniqueness by the competition jury,” said Radim Passer II, who accepted the award on behalf of Passerinvest Group.
