Brumlovka in Prague 4 is one of the largest and most successful projects of its kind in Central Europe from the perspective of developments built by a single investor, specifically Passerinvest Group. The site includes 12 office buildings (Passerinvest Group owns 10 of them), where significant local and international companies, such as ČEZ, Microsoft, UniCredit Bank and HP are headquartered. The office buildings are supplemented by 3 residential projects, a multi-function building with a unique fitness and wellness club, including a 25 m swimming pool and other services for the general public. Brumlovka's non-profit projects include, for example, a secondary and primary school and a preschool, as well as a social centre. Two parks, children's playgrounds, sports grounds and an athletic stadium were built here, all for the general public.
