The rising Roztyly Plaza office building to offer modern offices in Prague right on the metro’s C line

In the autumn of last year, Passerinvest Group began the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4 right by the Roztyly metro station on the C line. The elegant seven-storey building from the drawing boards of the renowned architecture studio Aulík Fišer architekti offers offices to rent with a total area of 21,900 m². In addition to the office function, the project brings a truly inspirational environment where it is a pleasure to meet others.BThe first tenants will be able to see for themselves at the end of 2024.

The project is going up in the immediate vicinity of Nové Roztyly Park, which is connected to the Krč Forest.
